Phone calls
Our phone number is a call-tracking number. Calls may be recorded for quality and for keeping a record of quotes. California requires the consent of everyone on the line, so a recording announcement plays at the start of each call. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so and we'll turn it off for that call.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they came from. It sets cookies. We don't sell that data or use it for advertising, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Forms and messages
What you send through the quote and account forms, or by text and email, goes only to us and is used to do the job you asked about. We don't add you to a mailing list. Photos of locks and safes are deleted once the job is done.
